Personnel Recruitment<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"uael-accordion-content\" role=\"tabpanel\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span><p>1) The GOTK Personal Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as PDC) did not appoint a Personal Data Protection Inspector. The Personal Data Protection Officer is the right person to contact for data protection in the company. All issues concerning data protection should be sent to the following email address: biuro@gotk.pl, or to the GOTK\u2019s principal business address at: 31-979 Krakow, ul. Zbyszka z Bogdanca 16, Poland, (with the following annotation on the envelope: dane osobowe\/Personal Data) or may be reported over the phone, calling at: +48 533 333 926.<\/p><p>2) GOTK does hereby inform you that it shall process your Data for the purpose of:<br \/>a) conducting recruitment for the position you have applied your CV, i.e.: assessing your qualifications and abilities and skills required to work at a given position, as well as selecting appropriate person\/s for employing them in GOTK<br \/>b) processing your contact data for the requirements of further personnel recruitments pursuant to your separate consent (its purpose shall be described in detail in the content of your consent).<\/p><p>3) The legal grounds for processing your Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as Data) include the following:<br \/>a) a legal regulation and employment contract \u2013 Art. 221, \u00a71 of the Polish Labour Code and the processing required for concluding an employment contract within the following Data: your name(s) and surname, parents\u2019 names, date of birth, place of residence (postal address), education and the course of employment to date<\/p><p>b) your consent to processing your Data mentioned in your CV or in your covering letter if you are giving Data other than name(s) and surname, your parents\u2019 names, date of birth, place of residence (postal address), education and the course of employment to date<\/p><p>c) a justified interest of GOTK \u2013 within the range of the Data collected during the interview and from the results of qualifying tests; PDC possesses a justified interest in investigating your skills and abilities, which is indispensable for assessing whether you are the right person for the advertised position.<\/p><p>4) Your Data may be transferred to the following recipients:<\/p><p>a) business entities entrusted by GOTK with carrying out personal data processing pursuant to the force of law, or<\/p><p>b) companies with whom PDC has concluded contracts for entrusting them with data processing pursuant to the requirements of PDC (e.g. IT services providers).<\/p><p>5) The provision of Data is voluntary; however, failure to provide any of the mandatory information described in Art. 221, \u00a71 of the Polish Labour Code shall result in your inability to participate in the recruitment process.<\/p><p>6) Your Data shall be stored for a period of time from providing them till:<br \/>a) the moment of finishing the recruitment process for the position you applied for, or<br \/>b) till the moment of withdrawing your consent (within the range of the Data you have granted your consent to the processing)<br \/>c) in the case of providing your Data for conducting further personnel recruitments, not longer than for the period of 10 months unless your consent has been withdrawn earlier.<\/p><p>7) You have the right to:<br \/>a) withdraw your consent to the processing of your Data at any time \u2013 within the range in which your Data were processed pursuant to your consent; withdrawing your consent shall not infringe the right to the processing which has already been conducted pursuant to your consent prior to your withdrawal; you may withdraw your consent by sending a statement about your withdrawal to the postal address of PDC mentioned in Point 2 above or to the following email address: biuro@gotk.pl<br \/>b) request access to the content of your Data (i.e. obtain information about their processing and receive their copies)<br \/>c) rectify or correct your Data<br \/>d) delete your Data<br \/>e) limit the processing of your Data<br \/>f) raise an objection to further processing of your Data due to your specific situation \u2013 in the case when your Data are processed pursuant to a legally justified interest of PDC<br \/>g) transfer your data, i.e. the right to receive from PDC your Data in a commonly used computerised format suitable for machine reading \u2013 within the range of Data processed by PDC pursuant to the agreement concluded with you or based on your consent; you can transfer those data to another data controller or request PDC to transfer them provided their transfer by PDC is technically possible.<\/p><p>8) In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights you need to contact the GOTK Personal Data Protection Officer whose particulars are mentioned in Point 1 above. In order to verify whether you may exercise the rights granted, you may be asked by the Personal Data Protection Officer to provide additional information. The range of the above-mentioned rights and the situations when they may be exercised result from legally binding provisions.<\/p><p>9) You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection [Prezes Urz\u0119du Ochrony Danych Osobowych] (formerly Inspector General for Personal Data Protection [GIODO]) when you decide that the processing of your Data infringes the EU Regulation on Data Protection of 27 April 2016, with later amendments. Zbyszka z Bogdanca 16, Poland (with the following annotation on the envelope: dane osobowe\/Personal Data) or may be reported over the phone, calling at: +48 533 333 926.<\/p><p>2) GOTK does hereby inform you that it shall process your Data for the purpose of:<br \/>a) assessing your qualifications and abilities and skills indispensable for conducting a selection of an appropriate person(s) for rendering services for the sake of GOTK, pursuant to an appropriate civil law agreement<br \/>b) processing your contact data in order to keep you informed about searching of an appropriate person(s) by PDC for rendering services for GOTK, pursuant to your separate consent (its purpose shall be described in detail in the content of your consent).<\/p><p>3) The legal grounds for processing your Data include the following:<br \/>a) a civil law agreement \u2013 processing indispensable for concluding, among others, a contract for a specific task, fee-for-task agreement or an agreement for rendering services within the range of the following Data: your name(s) and surname, PESEL (personal identity number), place of residence (postal address), education and experience to date in performing activities of a given type<br \/>b) your consent to processing the Data mentioned in your CV or covering letter if you are providing other Data than the above-mentioned<br \/>c) a justified interest of GOTK \u2013 within the range of Data obtained during interviews with the representative of PDC and results of tests conducted in order to verify your abilities and qualifications; PDC has a justified interest in examining your abilities and skills \u2013 it is required for assessing whether you are an appropriate person to perform the activities determined by PDC.<\/p><p>4) Your Data may be transferred to the following recipients:<br \/>a) business entities or competent authorities entrusted by GOTK to receive them pursuant to legally binding provisions<br \/>b) companies with whom PDC has concluded contracts for entrusting them with Data processing pursuant to PDC requirements (e.g. IT services providers).<\/p><p>5) The provision of Data is voluntary; however, PDC does hereby inform you that failure to provide any of the mandatory information shall result in the company being unable to assess your skills, abilities and qualifications, which means that it shall not be possible for GOTK to decide whether you are the right person to perform activities for the sake of GOTK.<\/p><p>6) Your Data shall be stored for a period of time from the moment of providing them to GOTK till:<br \/>a) the moment of completing PDC\u2019s searching for a person suitable for performing for its sake the activities mentioned in the job advertisement for which you have provided a reply, or<br \/>b) till the moment of your withdrawal of your consent (within the range of Data for the processing of which you have granted your consent)<br \/>c) in the case of providing Data for the sake of conducting further recruitment not longer than for a period of 10 months unless your consent is withdrawn earlier.<\/p><p>7) You have the right to:<br \/>a) withdraw your consent to the processing of your Data at any time \u2013 within the range in which they are processed pursuant to your consent; your withdrawal shall not infringe the right to processing which was conducted pursuant to your consent before its withdrawal; you may withdraw your consent by sending a statement about such a withdrawal to the postal address of PDC mentioned in Point 1 above or to the following email address: biuro@gotk.pl<br \/>b) request access to your Data (obtain information about Data processing and request their photocopies)<br \/>c) rectify or correct your Data<br \/>d) delete your Data<br \/>e) limit the processing of your Data<br \/>f) raise your objection to further processing of your Data due to your specific situation \u2013 in the case when your Data are processed pursuant to legally justified interest of PDC<br \/>g) transfer your Data, i.e. the right to receive from PDC your Data in a commonly used computerised format suitable for machine reading \u2013 within the range of Data processed by PDC pursuant to the agreement concluded with you based on your consent; you can transfer those Data to another data controller or request PDC to transfer them to another data controller provided it is technically possible.<\/p><p>8) In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights you need to contact the GOTK Personal Data Protection Officer whose particulars are mentioned in Point 1 above. Your Data provided within the range mentioned in Points 4a and 4b shall be processed pursuant to indispensability of data processing by PDC based on your request before concluding the agreement with PDC or accomplishing the agreement concluded with PDC.<\/p><p>6. Your Data provided pursuant to Point 4c shall be processed based on your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of your consent can be made by emailing your appropriate statement to the following address: biuro@gotk.pl or by sending it in a traditional letter to the following address: 31-979 Krakow, ul. The withdrawal of your consent shall not affect Data processing according to the regulations of law conducted pursuant to the consent granted prior to its withdrawal.<\/p><p>7. General Provisions\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>1. These Rules and Regulations of Events describe the principles of participating in events organised and\/or co-organised by Gospodarstwo Ogrodnicze [Horticulture Farm of] Tadeusz Kusibab (hereinafter referred to as GOTK) with its registered head office at 31-979 Krakow, ul. Zbyszka z Bogdanca 16, Poland; email address: biuro@gotk.pl, website: https:\/\/www.gotk.pl, NIP (taxpayer identification number) 678 173 37 74, Regon (Companies House Register) Number: 003919778, hereinafter referred to as the Organiser.<br \/>2. The following are understood as an event: lectures, training and schooling sessions, public events, public celebrations, events with the participation of employees, celebrations with the participation of employees, trips and any meetings organised or co-organised by the Organiser.<br \/>3. Participation in an event means that its participant has read, understood and fully accepted the content of these Rules and Regulations.<br \/>4. Parents or legal guardians are held responsible for the safety and care of their minors (children under 18) during an event and in the case of organised groups \u2013 teachers, pre-school tutors or other chaperones are held responsible for them.<br \/>5. These Rules and Regulations are directed to all the persons who for the duration of the event shall be present at the venue where it is organised.<br \/>6. These Rules and Regulations aim to provide safety of the event by determining the principles of conduct of the persons present during the event and principles of using the venue where such an event is organised, as well as all the facilities and amenities found there.<br \/>7. Observing these Rules and Regulations is a condition indispensable for securing order and safety to all the persons participating in an event while it lasts.<\/p><p><strong>II. Declaration of participation in events<\/strong><\/p><p>1. The willingness to participate in an event should be submitted in the way provided in the Information about the event.<br \/>2. Other forms of submitting willingness to participate in an event are possible via a prior agreement with its Organiser.<br \/>3. When the number of participants in an event is limited, the order of submissions is decisive.<\/p><p><strong>III. The rights and obligations of participants in an event<\/strong><\/p><p>1. Admission to the venue of the event while it lasts is free of charge and all its participants who possess valid invitations, those who have registered their presence at the venue entrance or did so in another way indicated by the Organiser, are entitled to enter the venue of the event.<br \/>2. Participants in an event are obliged to conduct themselves in such a way which does not endanger the safety of its other participants, especially they should observe the rules and regulations of the venue, its facilities and the rules and regulations of the event.<br \/>3. Participants in an event are not allowed to bring and possess during the event any weapons or other dangerous objects, explosives, fireworks, substances which may start a fire, alcoholic drinks in glass bottles or in cans as well as narcotic or psychotropic substances.<\/p><p><strong>IV. Protection of Personal Data<\/strong><\/p><p>1. Personal Data are controlled by Gospodarstwo Ogrodnicze [Horticulture Farm of] Tadeusz Kusibab, hereinafter referred to as GOTK.<br \/>2. The GOTK Personal Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as PDC) did not appoint a Personal Data Protection Inspector. A Personal Data Protection Officer is the right person to contact for Data in the company. All issues concerning Data should be sent to the following email address: biuro@gotk.pl or to GOTK\u2019S principal place of business at: 31-979 Krakow, ul. Zbyszka z Bogdanca 16, Poland (with the following annotation on the envelope: Dane osobowe\/Personal Data) or reported over the phone, calling at: +48 533 333 926.<br \/>3. Pursuant to the Act on Personal Data Protection, the Organiser does not bequeath, sell or grant the Participants\u2019 Data collected to any other persons or institutions. Those Data may be made available \u2013 pursuant to separate regulations \u2013 to services, public administration agencies, public prosecutors or any other subjects provided they have legitimate interest to receive them. Participants\u2019 Data shall be processed by the Organiser for promotional purposes, publishing promotional materials based on a recorded course of the event by means of a photographic, visual or audio recording made for documentation, educational, promotional or marketing purposes of Gospodarstwo Ogrodnicze [Horticulture Farm of] Tadeusz Kusibab, as well as for communication purposes between the Organiser and the Participant.<br \/>4. By participating in an event its Participants express their consent to the processing of their Data by the Organiser as stipulated by the regulations of the Directive of the European Parliament and European Council No 2016\/679 of 27 April 2016, with later amendments, on Personal Data Protection of natural persons in connection with processing of personal data and on free transfer of such data and on repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (general directive on data protection), the so called GDPR, for promotional purposes of the event and the Organiser\u2019s activity.<br \/>5. The Organiser reserves the right to record the course of the event as a photographic, visual or audio recording for documentation, educational, promotional or marketing purposes of Gospodarstwo Ogrodnicze [Horticulture Farm of] Tadeusz Kusibab.<br \/>6. Participation in an event means that its Participant has granted their consent for a gratuitous recording of their image in the above mentioned range and also for its distribution without any territorial or time limitations, especially by placing photographs, visual and audio recordings in the internet services operated by the Organiser, in other electronic media managed or used within any range by the Organiser, in their publications and also in publications and services of the third parties but with a stipulation that the aforementioned photographs and films in publications of third parties may only illustrate information on the activity carried out by the Organiser and using them in another context is not allowed. The Organiser assures that the Participants\u2019 image shall not be used by them for any gainful purposes and the Participants acknowledge and accept that for this reason they are not entitled to any claims and especially to the right to remuneration.<br \/>7. Each and every person who makes use of the events organised by Gospodarstwo Ogrodnicze [Horticulture Farm of] Tadeusz Kusibab and does not grant their consent to the processing of their Personal Data and using their image for promotional purposes and for popularising the activities of the Organiser is obliged to report it in writing to the Personal Data Protection Officer. In the case of minors (children under 18) such a decision shall be reported in writing by their parents or their legal guardians.<\/p><p><strong>V. Responsibility<\/strong><\/p><p>1. Participants in events are not allowed to register the events for the purpose of distributing them.<br \/>2. The Organiser declares that the content conveyed by them during the event is of Gospodarstwo Ogrodnicze [Horticulture Farm of] Tadeusz Kusibab\u2019s promotional character.<br \/>3. The Organiser bears no responsibility for the damage caused in Participants or in any third parties in connection with or as a result of using by them information, knowledge or skills gained during the event in a way contrary to their intended use.<br \/>4. Please find enclosed Information Clause on Personal Data processing pursuant to a legal obligation resting on PDC, which constitutes an Annex to these Rules and Regulations.<br \/>5.
